1. No Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns for products based on a change of mind. All sales are final once your order has been processed. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

2. Returning a Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Inspection Requirement: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the item(s) thoroughly and immediately.
  • Return Window: You must notify us of any damage and initiate the return within 1 day of receiving the product. After this period, we will not accept any returns for damaged items.
  • Contact Us: To initiate a return for a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery at our email address or phone number. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item.

3. Return Process

Once you have contacted us and we have approved your return:

  • Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the damaged item to us.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
